The Pear-Shape Bur #332L is useful for sectioning teeth, removing buccal bone, creating moats around root fragments and smoothing alveolar bone. Both the tip and the side of the head on these burs can be used. The larger the number, the larger the cutting gap size. The letter L is to denote there is a longer cutting surface on the bur. The #332L is ideal for dogs. FG stands for friction grip which is used for push button handpieces and 19 mm is the length of the bur which is the most common length.
